General Rewards Program Terms
ABOUT THE REWARDS PROGRAM. Program Overview: The Cruises.com Rewards Program is a free-to-join rewards program designed to reward participants for engaging with our brand and booking cruises. Members can earn points for various activities, including setting up their account, completing their profile, taking surveys, and booking cruises. Points can be redeemed for onboard credits, cashback, Visa® Prepaid Cards, and other exciting rewards. By enrolling in the Rewards Program, members will also gain exclusive access to private sales (when available) and other special offers.

These Terms and Conditions shall govern the Cruises.com Rewards program. By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not eligible to participate in the Program. Void where prohibited.

Cruises.com reserves the right to modify the Cruises.com Rewards programs along with the terms and conditions, at any time and without notice.
Membership:
  • Eligibility: The program is free to join and open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
  • Enrollment: Members must create an account and provide a valid email address.
Earning Points:
  1. Account Activities:
    • Completing your profile: 5,000 points (one-time bonus).
    • Bonus birthday points: 1,500 points (annual bonus).
    • Completing surveys: Variable points, as specified in survey invitations.
  2. Cruise Bookings:
    • Earn 10 points per $1 spent on the cruise price, including taxes and fees for all eligible cruises. Eligible cruises exclude all reduced cruise fares (e.g., employee/family rates, vendor rates, casino rates, interline rates) and affinity group bookings.
    • Excluded expenses: Airfare, pre/post hotel stays, transfers, and travel insurance.
  3. Point Activation:
    • Points earned for brand/account activities (completing your profile, surveys, etc.) will become active immediately after completing the activity.
    • Points earned from cruise bookings will become active 60 days prior to the cruise departure date.
Redeeming Points:
  • Members can redeem points for a variety of rewards, including:
    • Onboard Credits: Use credits during your cruise for onboard purchases.
    • Cash Back: Receive cashback as a statement credit or direct deposit.
    • Visa® Prepaid Card: Redeem points for Visa® Prepaid Cards.
    • Merchandise: Select from a catalog of curated items.
Onboard Credit Terms:
  • To redeem points for onboard credit, you must redeem at least 21 days prior to the date of your cruise.
  • Onboard credit will be available in your onboard account on the first day of your cruise.
  • Onboard credit has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, is not transferable, and will expire if not used on or before the final night of the cruise.
  • Onboard credit may not be used in the casino and may not be applied to cruise fare or taxes, fees and port expenses.
Cashback Terms:
  • Cash Back amount will be credited to the card used for final payment 4-6 weeks after your cruise.
Visa Prepaid Card Terms:
  • Cruises.com Visa Prepaid Card will be emailed to the lead passenger’s email address on file with activation instructions approximately 8-10 weeks after departure date.
  • If the value of your Cruises.com Visa Prepaid Card is over $1,000, a physical card will be mailed to the lead passenger’s address on file.
  • Cruises.com Visa Prepaid Card expires at month-end 12 months after issuance (not the date of activation).
Point Expiration:
  • Points will expire 24 months from the date they become active and available for redemption.
Point Allocation for Cruise Bookings:
  • Points earned from cruise bookings will be credited to the lead passenger’s rewards account, as identified by the email address provided on the reservation.
Combinability with Other Offers and Cruise Line Loyalty Program Benefits:
  • Points earned through the Cruise Rewards Program can be combined with:
    • Special Offers and Promotions: The program allows members to earn points alongside applicable discounts, sales, or other booking incentives.
    • Cruise Line Loyalty Program Benefits: Members can enjoy rewards from the Cruise Rewards Program in addition to their cruise line loyalty program perks, such as priority boarding, stateroom upgrades, or other exclusive benefits offered by the cruise line.
Additional Terms:
  • The Cruises.com Rewards Program reserves the right to adjust or modify point earning and redemption rules at any time.
  • Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except as specified under cashback rewards.
  • Abuse of the program, including fraudulent activity, may result in termination of membership and forfeiture of points.

Cruise Pricing Terms & Conditions
Sample prices are in U.S. Dollars and are per person, double occupancy, and do not include airfare unless otherwise noted. Price does not include a non-refundable $24.99 processing fee per booking. Cruise lines reserve the right to add a fuel supplement at any time prior to departure; possible fuel supplements are not included in sample prices advertised online and, if instated, payment would be due to the cruise line before departure.

Passengers receiving special rates based on residency or age will be required to show a government-issued form of identification (passport, or birth certificate and driver's license) at the pier to validate state of residency or age prior to boarding the cruise ship.

We carefully monitor all of the information presented on our site; however, we are not responsible for any errors or omissions resulting in inventory, content, or pricing discrepancies. The details shown, including any pictures, are for informational purposes only.

Your exact price depends upon selected day of departure, departure city, ship, and stateroom level.

All offers and upgrades are only for new individual bookings for selected dates, sailings, and stateroom categories only, are subject to availability, and are limited. Savings shown are based on cruise lines published brochure rates. Additional restrictions may apply. All prices, offers, and dates may not be available at time of booking. All information is subject to change without notice.

International credit cards may only be used to make a reservation by telephone and if funds are converted into U.S. dollars for payment; other restrictions may apply. For select cruise lines, some reservation restrictions apply for customers with primary residential addresses outside of America's 50 states; ask for complete details.

All upgrades apply to select dates, ships, sailings, and stateroom categories only. Upgrades are limited, subject to availability, capacity-controlled, and may be withdrawn at any time. May not be combinable with other offers, group rates, or group amenities.

110% Best Price Guarantee
Our 110% Best Rate Guarantee applies only to rates available to the general public. It does not apply to consolidator, group, incentive, interline, meeting, or convention rates that are not available to the general public. 110% Best Rate Guarantee applies only to the cost of the cruise (including port charges). Promotional packages, group deals, air or land components, shipboard credit, transfers, pre- or post-cruise hotel stays, and shore excursions are not eligible. Taxes and fees, which vary by itinerary, are not included. Cruises.com reserves the right to refuse the refund should you not be able to provide us with positive proof of a competitor's lower price. Cruises.com reserves the right to refuse the refund for any errors in prices by the competition. If your refund request is approved, the credit card used to purchase your cruise will be credited 110% of the price difference within 7-10 business days of final approval. Cruises.com reserves the right to modify or cancel the 110% Best Rate Guarantee at any time without prior notice or liability to you.
Refundable Rates
“Refundable Rate” only applies to the deposit portion of the cruise fare and the cruise must be cancelled prior to the applicable cruise line’s Final Payment deadline to qualify. Deposit does not include any applicable processing fees. Other restrictions or cancellation penalties may apply. Refundable Rate Offer does not apply to chartered sailings or contracted group bookings.
